CAD FundWill provide funding for the development of a 30MW Solar Power plant at Arandis, Namibia. CAD Fund visited the site of the envisaged solar power plant in August 2011. CAD Fund may consider a taking up minority equity. CAD Fund is also investigating financing of other infrastructural projects in which NamEnergy has an interest.
